Biography
Symara Organic Farm is a small family farm growing a large and constantly changing selection of vegetables, herbs and fruit. The farm is owned and operated by Ray and Samantha Palmer, a young couple who are passionate about growing good food and their two young apprentices Eva and Charlie.
Certification
All the produce that is grown on Symara Farm is certified with Certified Naturally Farmed – Granite Belt. We do source produce from other local growers most of whom are also certified organic but are few are organic but not certified. On the list of produce available it will tell you if the product is organic or chemical free and who and where the farmer is. Occasionally we will have produce from local biological/conventional farms where local organic produce is unavailable, but this is always indicated on the order page.
