Our regular program of Sustainable Living Workshops kicks into  high gear this weekend with two amazing opportunities for indepth, hands-on learning.  We fire up the cob oven, pull out the ladders and membranes and immerse ourselves in native grasses and the abundant food plants of the subtropics.  The only downside is that you have to choose between the two workshops!  At least everyone will be able to get together for pizza at lunch time.
