Hands-(and mouths)-on workshop harvesting, preparing and eating early summer fruits and vegetables of the subtropics – including taro, papaya, banana flowers, ginger, tumeric, galangal and a range of bushfoods. These health giving foods are highly supportive of vegetarian/vegan, gluten free and low GI diets.
Bunya will draw inspiration from Northey Street City Farm’s Share Cookbook, which will be available to workshop participants at wholesale price.
