The Edible Landscapes Nursery is run on organic and permaculture principles. All of our seedlings and plants are grown from open-pollinated seeds from organic sources, our potting mix is also organic and produced at Northey Street City Farm in our Green Waste Recycling Centre. No chemicals are used in the production of our seedlings.
We stock a wide variety of seedlings, fruit trees,water plants, butterfly and good insect attracting plants. You’ll also find organic potting mix, fertilisers, lucerne and hay bales.
We participate in the Council free native trees program.
The nursery is maintained with the help of many volunteers.
Volunteers are welcome Tuesday through to Saturday (except Wednesdays).
