This event will cover his entire family farm operation: from pastured poultry, salad bar beef, pigaerator pork, rabbits and forestry products to the marketing approach his family has mastered that makes Polyface Farm the internationally recognised (but strictly local) farm it is today.

A Zumble Zay – Village Life Stallholder of the Week

Village Life runs every Sunday alongside our Sunday Organic Markets, providing locally-made and ecologically-sustainable products for our community.  This weekly series showcases the products and talents of our regular stallholders.

“A Zumble Zay specializes in quirky one of a kind hand-crafted felt products. Traditional felt-making techniques (wet felting, nuno, needle felting and fusion felting) combine with innovation to create modern designs. Australian merino wool is used predominantly, but specialist wools such as alpaca, angora and cashmere are used selectively.  Silk, mohair and manufactured fibres supply surface decoration and embellishment.  Just because it’s functional doesn’t mean it can’t be fun! Hand-made hats, purses and bags, jewellery, scarves, soaps and toys are just some items available.”

For more information visit a-zumble-zay.com, or simply visit the Village Life marketplace next Saturday!
